Collagen represents nearly 35% of the body's total protein content and plays a fundamental role in skin structure, connective tissue integrity and overall tissue support.

We source a responsibly harvested marine collagen from Europe.

All 48CC beverages are enriched with hydrolyzed marine collagen peptides at approximately 2,000 daltons, a low molecular weight designed to support optimal bioavailability and absorption.

This daily collagen intake is designed to support skin firmness, elasticity, hydration and overall skin radiance.

Its effects are further enhanced through the combined use of Nooance and Lucibel LED photobiomodulation technologies, supporting cellular recovery and collagen synthesis.

Amandine Fornot founded 48 Collagen Café after experiencing firsthand the impact of functional nutrition and recovery practices on chronic inflammation and joint pain. What began as a personal health journey evolved into a broader vision: creating a new generation of wellness spaces combining beauty, science and advanced recovery technologies.

Raised within a medically oriented environment and driven by a strong culture of care, she developed 48CC as a contemporary approach to self-care — one rooted in efficacy, aesthetics and long-term wellbeing.

For more than 15 years, Amandine has worked across beauty, wellness, functional nutrition and emerging consumer trends. She is the founder of France's first Collagen & LED Bar, where she oversees concept development, functional formulations and the integration of technologies such as LED therapy, PEMF and radiofrequency.

Through 48CC, consulting, talks and educational content, she contributes to making advanced wellness practices more accessible while shaping a more modern and design-driven vision of preventive wellbeing.

Her work and interventions have been featured through wellness and beauty platforms, conferences and media including Madame Figaro, SIAL, TF1, M6 and BFM TV.
